  • Now Right click on the program and click Create Shortcut. This will create a shortcut.
  • Once the above steps have been completed, you can copy this shortcut and paste it anywhere to execute this program.
  • Now to assign Keys for your shortcut =>> Right-click the shortcut and click Properties and then Click on the Shortcut tab.
  • Click in the Shortcut key box and press a letter. For example, if you press “b”, the shortcut key will automatically be made to Ctrl + Alt + B and that will act as your Shortcut Key. Isn’t it very easy?

Modifying and creating shortcut keys in the PDF editor

  1. Right-click a blank area in a toolbar at the top of the PDF editor and choose Customize Toolbars to open the Customize Toolbars dialog.
  2. Click the Commands tab, select the Category and command from the Commands list, and then click the Properties button.
  3. Add or modify a shortcut in the Shortcut section of the Properties dialog and then click OK to save and close the dialog.
  4. Click the Close button to close the Customize Toolbars dialog.
